Regional Sales Manager - Southeast U.S.

About This Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated enterprise sales professional with a passion for delivering next generation cybersecurity solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in your designated region. You will utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to radiate our next generation authentication in Biometrics-as-a-service to your customer region.  You will be in charge of identifying, building, executing and maintaining executive relationships with customers, partners, and prospects in your assigned region and ultimately getting our patented solution, BioThenticate®, into the hands of the customers that need our services. You will be working with a team of experienced developers and engineers to implement and deploy the BioThenticate platform.

Essential Functions

  • Identify, quantify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking across the assigned region

  • Build and foster relationships with reseller partners within assigned region

  • Prepare and implement strategic sales account plans and identify business growth in assigned customer base

  • Manage and maintain the assigned territory’s sales pipeline focusing on key accounts and vertical markets utilizing

  • Scope, negotiate and execute agreements to drive up and exceed revenue quota targets

  • Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers in the industry

  • Collaborate with internal channel teams to optimize your region’s business development strategy

  • Work with Sales Engineering team through technical engagements and demos

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and provide accurate sales forecasts


Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of selling enterprise software / Experience with infrastructure security, information security preferred.

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM platform

  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies

  • Proven ability to secure meetings and close deals with senior level executives

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies

  • Ability to travel
