Solutions Architect

About This Role

We are seeking a professional and solutions-oriented collaborator that can work closely with customers to fully understand their business needs, execute a statement of work, and oversee the delivery of SOFTwarfare® services while maximizing profit to SOFTwarfare. In this role you will address the customers’ needs, create the infrastructure solutions using SOFTwarfare’s appropriate products, generate product quotes for the project at hand, present the proposed solution to the customer, secure the sale, and ensure successful product delivery. You will work to build lasting relationships with business partners in your assigned region and demonstrate your ability to drive sales using our patented solution BioThenticate®. This role will be responsible for demonstrating the products and articulating our value proposition in formal presentations to customers, prospective clients, and partners. You will collaborate internally with a team of experienced and highly motivated sales leaders, developers, and engineers to guarantee each customer proposal is a success.

              

Essential Functions

  • Develop a complete understanding of the company’s products, technology, and information systems

  • Assist Regional Sales Managers in generating product sales

  • Analyze customer needs and problems to formulate a strategic plan that will achieve business objectives

  • Work directly with customer personnel to identify and communicate performance indicators needed to meet customer’s expectations

  • Consult on design, support, and management of recommended solutions for customer

  • Drive a high market share of products and services by effectively communicating the products and related services to customers and account managers

  • Create technical business scopes of work

  • Train users in implementation or integration of systems

              

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful solutioning or consulting in solutions and platform/cloud or professional services.

  • Prior technical product development or architecture experience in a cloud engineering and platform environment

  • Full understanding of risk assessment procedures, policy information, authentication technologies and security attack pathologies

  • Excellent relationship and collaborative skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to manage large complex projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel
